One of the ways we are here to assist those who are looking to explore the exciting theme of CALL AND PURPOSE is to offer biblical-based teachings on the subject. Here's a GREAT LEADERSHIP tip for you. Let's say you are called by God with unique call and purpose on your life, leading others in the passions of your heart. Wanna know the best way to lead? LOOK AT THIS AMAZING LEADERSHIP VIDEO from Derek Sivers. It only takes 3 minutes, but it will change your view of leadership!

After you have watched the video a couple of times, start asking yourself these probing questions...

1) So is God calling me to be that shirtless guy?  If so...what is my passion that is worth dancing about? 
2) Am I called right now to be the guy in the green shirt?  If so...how can I be really good at it?
3) If I'm the shirtless guy dancing with the guy in the green shirt...what am I doing to help him or her succeed?
3) Who is our fat guy in the black shirt we both need to be waving to?
